Once the estimate has been written up we will contact you to get it approved before any work is done. There is a $35 charge for labor plus any additional parts you may require.
FAQ's:
Q: The Motor runs for about 40 to 60 minutes then shuts off?
A: When this happens it's usually do to an assembly problem, that causes the impeller to rub against something. The best way to test this is to take apart everything including the impeller then run the fountain to check to see if it still shuts off. If the fountain doesn't shut off then the impeller is probably pressed down to far or is rubbing against the supply line in the housing. If the fountain still shuts off after 40 to 60 minutes then it's a problem with the motor and it might be time to replace the motor.
Q: The water travels to the nozzle tray but doesn't reach the top of the tower?
A: Make sure the the column is on correctly, the holes around the column should be on the bottom. Next make sure you have the rubber gasket under the motor house.
Q: How many tubs of chocolate do I need for my party?
A: 150 people > 1 Tub, 150< 2 Tubs
Q: Do I need to add something to the chocolate to run it in the fountain?
A: No our chocolate doesn't require any additional ingredients.

A: All of our products come with a 1 year warranty.
